HOW IT WORKS
1. Start with your unique wine card
Our self-pour system at Unwine'd starts with a simple scan of your SmartCard. Meet one of our friendly staff when you walk in, get set up, and you'll be trying your new favorite wine with minutes!
2. Explore wine variety and selections
Every day you'll have the opportunity to try something new! Our self-pour system features a rotating selection of over 40 wines to try before you buy. Don't know much about wine, no sweat, our unique technology allows you to try a sip or a taste to get your journey started off right.
3. Self-pour and enjoy the night!
With our self-pour system you can spend less time worrying about what to drink and spend more time making your night the best one ever!
If you discover a wine that you’d like to buy by the bottle, simply visit our neighboring establishment, 260 Wine & Spirits.

Welcome to Unwine’d, the interactive wine bar in Rochester, NY where you can explore and discover new wines from all over the world in a fun and relaxed environment.
Upon entering Unwine’d, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly staff who will check your ID to ensure you’re of legal drinking age. They will then provide you with your own Unwine’d Smartcard, which you’ll use to make your wine selections.

Customers can order a variety of snacks to accompany their wine and socialize with their friends.
At the end of your visit, we will charge your credit/debit card for the wine and food you enjoyed using your Unwine’d Smartcard. If you’d like to buy any bottles of wine or spirits to take home, you can visit our neighboring establishment, 260 Wine + Spirits, to make those purchases.
Unwine’d uses WineStation by Napa Technology, a state-of-the-art self-pour wine dispensing system that features an Argon gas preservation system so wine can be enjoyed as the winemaker intended it to be. The wine is preserved for 60 days.
LCD screens display wine information and pricing, and AccuServe Smartcards give customers the ability to pour 2 oz., 4 oz. or 6 oz. portions to sample a variety of wines.
Unwine’d takes the safety of its customers seriously and has implemented a plan to keep them safe while using the supervised self-pour wine stations.
This includes wiping down the wine stations with kitchen sanitizer throughout the day/night and providing hand sanitizer for customers to use before and after use.

Self-Serve Safety at Unwine'd
We prioritize safe and responsible self-service to ensure that our customers can enjoy our premium wines without any concerns. Our policies are designed to make sure that our customers can enjoy the experience without any issues.
- Unwine'd Smartcards are exclusively for use within our premises, and cannot be taken outside. If a wine card is removed from the premises or the cardholder is visibly intoxicated, it will be locked remotely.
- Each of our Smartcards is linked to a credit or debit card, and we only allow one card per person.
- For a hygienic and enjoyable experience, we require all our customers to obtain their own wine glasses from our wine bar.
- To maintain a safe and secure environment, we may ask customers using our wine dispensing machines to present their identification at any time.
- Please note that we only serve customers aged 21 or above. Children of any age, including infants, are not allowed in our establishment, even when accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- We take pride in our commitment to responsible self-service and look forward to providing our customers with an unforgettable wine-tasting experience.
