Unwine’d is partnering with Giordano Imports European Cheese Shop & Hedonist Artisan Chocolates to bring you an exclusive wine, cheese and chocolate pairing experience. Designed for friends and foodies alike, join us to explore how expertly selected wines elevate the complex notes of gourmet cheese selections with handcrafted artisan chocolates.
The Tasting Menu
We have carefully selected four exquisite pairings featuring imported cheese, and premium chocolates:
- Port Wine with Vat 17 aged cheddar: bold and complex, with a tangy nuttiness that is unsurpassed and Espresso bark: a bold, caffeine-infused bite that meets its match with a rich, structured Port Wine.
- Zinfandel with Pareggio Gouda: a cross between a nutty parmigiano-reggiano and a creamy gouda and Milk Chocolate with Dark Chocolate Swirl: the best of both worlds, offering a creamy yet deep flavor profile paired with Zinfandel.
- Riesling with Raclette: cow’s milk cheese with a yellow-ivory color, cream texture, and tangy flavor: and Unwine’d Exclusive: a one-of-a-kind chocolate crafted specifically for our wine bar—you won’t find this anywhere else! Pairs best with Riesling.
- Bubbly with Aged Parmesean (24 months): a hard Italian cow’s milk cheese, has a rich, complex flavor profile with nutty, savory, and slightly fruity notes, a granular texture, and a pale golden color and Milk Chocolate with Strawberry: sweet and bright, paired to perfection with a bubbly!
